Stand by the Wall

Stand by the Wall boosts your child's lower body strength and coordination with this fun, bear-avoiding squat challenge! Perfect for building muscle tone and balance through exciting, controlled movements.

Bubble Capture

Bubble Capture is a dynamic activity boosting body control, proprioception, and creativity by using the imagination to respond to an ever-shrinking bubble, improving movement awareness and fitness.

Rising Snake

Rising Snake is helps strengthen the neck, spine, and core muscles while improving coordination and flexibility through controlled, rhythmic movements.

Level 2b – Ages 9 to 14 | Moderate Need – Proprioception Programme

 

Children with moderate proprioceptive difficulties may move awkwardly, lean on objects for support, or use too much or too little force during daily tasks. They might bump into others, avoid sports or physical activities, or feel tense and restless when trying to stay still. These challenges can affect confidence, coordination, and participation in both learning and play, often leaving children frustrated or fatigued.

Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.

 

The Level 2B Proprioception Programme is designed for children aged 9 to 14 with moderate proprioceptive needs. It provides structured movement games that stimulate the muscles, joints, and sensory systems responsible for body awareness. These activities help children become more confident in how they move, sit, write, and engage with the world around them, all in just 10 minutes a day.

 

The programme features eight dynamic and purposeful movement games including; Rising Snake, Speedy Flips, Stand by the Wall, Wobbly Bottoms, Sways, Bubble Capture, Inner Spirals, and Snow Angels. These games strengthen the brain–body connection, improve posture, and enhance balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Over time, children develop smoother movement control, better concentration, and greater physical confidence in school, sport, and daily life.

 

Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
