Wired for Movement at home

Games for neurodevelopment, physical confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Every child deserves to grow, learn and enjoy life with confidence.

If your child is struggling and you’re unsure where to turn, or the help they need feels out of reach, Wired for Movement at Home offers a simple, practical way to begin making a real difference.

Wired for Movement is a programme of fun games, calming activities and imaginative challenges. Each game contains a secret ingredient – specialised, targeted movements and exercises that strengthen between brain and body, to support children’s neurodevelopment and emotional wellbeing.

The games are enjoyed by all children, but they are especially helpful for those who struggle with learning, behaviour, or sensory processing, including children with SEN, neurodivergence, anxiety,  autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia.

How the Individual Movement Programmes Help

Behind every skill a child needs, there’s a network of physical and neurological processes working quietly in the background.

The games and exercises in Wired for Movement are designed to help these systems work more smoothly. They strengthen the connection between brain and body, supporting physical coordination, emotional regulation and sensory processing, leading to greater confidence and readiness to learn.

Importantly, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to get started.  Whether your child has identified special educational needs or is simply finding things difficult, Wired for Movement offers a practical, accessible way to support their development at home, alongside any support in place.
