Level 1B – Ages 9–14 | Mild Need – Vestibular Programme
Children with vestibular difficulties may struggle with balance, coordination, or feeling steady during movement. They can lose focus easily, tire quickly, or find it hard to remember sequences or stay seated for long. These challenges can affect concentration, confidence, and participation in learning, sport, and everyday activities that involve movement.
The Level 1B Vestibular Programme is designed for children aged 9 to 14 who need gentle support to strengthen their balance and attention through structured movement. The activities help the brain and body work together more efficiently, improving posture, spatial awareness, and concentration. Over time, children gain smoother coordination, steadier balance, and greater confidence in how they move and focus in daily life.
