Level 3B – Ages 9–14 | High Need – Primitive Reflexes Programme
Children with highly active primitive reflexes may seem constantly on edge, overreact to sudden sounds or touch, or find it difficult to stay calm and focused. They may startle easily, appear tense or restless, and struggle with balance, coordination, and emotional control. These persistent reflexes can interfere with learning, social confidence, and everyday independence.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Designed for children aged 4–8, the Level 1A Proprioception programme includes eight targeted games including; Spring Flowers, Bubble Capture, and Animal Morphing, selected to improve the brain-body connection, balance, strength, and awareness of body position in space. This 16 week progressive programme uses imaginative, sensory-rich games that build on one another through repetition, helping children develop better balance, coordination, sensory regulation, and emotional resilience.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight targeted games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
