Level 2A – Ages 4–8 | Moderate Need – Calm and Relaxation Programme
Children who struggle to relax or manage stress may experience sleep problems, emotional outbursts, physical tension, or difficulty focusing. These challenges can affect learning, behaviour, and overall wellbeing. With the right strategies, children can learn to feel more at ease in their minds and bodies.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
The Level 2A Calm and Relaxation programme includes eight imaginative, sequenced exercises including; Egg, Circulation Beats, Deep Black Eyes, and Inner Spirals. These activities combine gentle movement, breathing, and sensory focused techniques to support both short-term relief and long-term emotional wellbeing. Each game helps calm the nervous system and regulate emotions by engaging the senses and encouraging body awareness. With regular use, children may experience better focus, reduced anxiety, and improved sleep and self-regulation.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
