Level 2A – Ages 4–8 | Moderate Need – Primitive Reflexes Programme
Children with retained primitive reflexes may struggle with focus, balance, mood regulation, and body control. They might flinch easily, feel overwhelmed by noise or touch, or seem clumsy and unsettled. These persistent reflexes can affect how they move, learn, and relate to the world around them.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Designed for children aged 4–8, the Level 2A Primitive Reflexes programme includes eight targeted games including; Life of a Raindrop, Timid Turtles, and Olympic Skydivers, each selected to help integrate reflexes like the Moro, TLR, and spinal Galant. Each game engages the brain-body connection through imaginative, sequenced movement that repeated over time can help children feel more grounded, better coordinated, and emotionally settled.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight specialised movement games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
