Level 2B – Ages 9–14 | Moderate Need – Vestibular Programme
Children with vestibular difficulties may find it hard to stay balanced, coordinated, and focused during movement. They might avoid sports or fast-paced activities, lose their balance when turning or bending, or feel dizzy and tired after sustained physical effort. These challenges can make concentration, posture, and confidence harder to maintain, especially during schoolwork, PE, and everyday movement.
The Level 2B Vestibular Programme is designed for children aged 9 to 14 who need structured support to strengthen balance, coordination, and focus. The activities provide consistent, rhythmic movement to help stabilise the vestibular system, the body’s internal balance centre. Over time, children become more confident in how they move, sit, and concentrate, leading to better coordination, posture, and attention in both learning and play.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable, and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
The programme features eight purposeful and enjoyable movement games including; Speedy Flips, Rocking Eyes, Flying Eagles, and The Balanced Warrior. These structured activities strengthen the vestibular system to improve balance, spatial awareness, focus, and coordination through safe, repetitive movement.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight targeted games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
