Level 1B – Ages 9–14 | Mild Need – Visual Perception Programme

Children with visual perception difficulties may find it hard to organise and interpret what they see. They might lose their place when reading, confuse similar letters or words, or find copying from the board slow and tiring. These difficulties can affect handwriting, spelling, coordination, and confidence in classroom learning, sport, and daily activities that rely on visual accuracy.

The Level 1B Visual Perception Programme is designed for children aged 9 to 14 who need gentle support to strengthen how their brain processes visual information. Through practical, movement-based activities, the programme helps improve visual tracking, eye-hand coordination, and spatial awareness, key foundations for reading, writing, and concentration. Over time, children become more accurate, organised, and confident in their visual and written work.

This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable, and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
