Zombie Bodies is a fun and imaginative way to help your child improve left and right coordination and midline control. This activity is all about using movement to stimulate body awareness while having fun!

Twin Heads

Twin Heads strengthens coordination and body control through pre-crawling movements, helping improve cross-lateral integration.

The Slow Motion Escape

The Slow Motion Escape improves lateral coordination, balance, and core stability through slow, purposeful movements while adding fun tension and excitement.

Infinite Eights is a significant exercise to enhance binocular vision, lateral tracking, and coordination through smooth, flowing movements.

Level 2b – Ages 9 to 14 | Moderate Need – Coordination and Laterality Programme

 

Children with coordination and laterality difficulties may find it harder to keep up in PE, complete classroom tasks or feel confident in physical activities. They may trip easily, write slowly, or show difficulty with left and right awareness. This 16 week movement programme is designed to help.

 

Created for children aged 9 to 14 with moderate need, the Level 2b Coordination and Laterality Programme offers structured, enjoyable movement games that support neural integration, motor control and postural coordination. Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally five times a week, can bring steady, meaningful progress.

Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
