Level 3A – Ages 4–8 | High Need – Postural Reflexes Programme
Some children may show signs of unsteady posture, poor balance, clumsiness, or difficulty sitting still. These signs can be linked to retained postural reflexes, early movement patterns that remain active beyond the expected developmental window, often affecting physical confidence, emotional regulation, and learning.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Designed for children aged 4–8 needing higher support, the Level 3A Postural Reflexes programme includes eight playful but challenging games including; Row-row-the-Boat, Rocking Eyes, and Erupting Fizzy Belly, that help integrate reflexes while strengthening postural control and sensory-motor coordination. The games build progressively across 16 weeks to encourage long-term changes in how the brain and body work together.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight targeted games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
