In Zombie Bodies, children control the left half of their body to create patterns, with the right half sluggishly mirroring the movements. The challenge is to gradually increase the complexity of the movements, which requires focus on coordination and body control. After completing a series of movements, children switch sides, giving them the opportunity to practice both body halves. This activity enhances motor planning, coordination, and body awareness while promoting cross-lateral brain development and spatial orientation.
