Small Group Vestibular Programme – Ages 9 to 14
This 16 week small group programme supports pupils aged 9 to 14 who struggle with balance, coordination, focus or physical confidence. It is especially helpful for children who fidget, feel unsteady, tire quickly, or avoid movement based tasks due to sensory challenges or low motor control.
Through energising and imaginative games included in this PDF download like; Bag Head Relay, The Balanced Warrior, Rocking Eyes and Speedy Flips, this programme improves vestibular processing by targeting body control, spatial awareness and postural strength. Pupils build greater stability, self regulation and readiness for learning – all in short, structured sessions designed for busy school weeks.
