Level 1B – Ages 9–14 | Mild Need – Postural Reflexes Programme
Some children tire quickly, slouch at their desks, or struggle with coordination and balance. They may find it hard to sit still, stay focused, or manage physical tasks like handwriting, climbing, or using cutlery. These could be signs of retained postural reflexes, early movement patterns that haven’t integrated fully and may interfere with learning, confidence, and physical development.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
