Small Group Calm and Relaxation Programme – Ages 4–8
This 16 week small group programme helps 4–8-year-olds who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, or sensory overload. It uses calming movement, breathwork, and body awareness games to support focus, calm, and confidence.
Children with emotional or sensory needs often find it hard to settle, stay regulated, or engage fully in school life. This programme offers immediate calming support during sessions, while building long-term resilience. Over time, pupils develop practical tools they can use throughout the day to feel more grounded and in control.
