The 8 Week Primitive and Postural Reflexes PE Programme provides a complete, ready to teach plan that helps 4 to 5 year olds strengthen body control, stability, and balance through playful, targeted movement. Each activity is designed to gently support the integration of early reflex patterns, helping children move with greater coordination, confidence, and postural control.
