Level 1A – Ages 4–8 | Mild Need – Muscle Tone Programme
Some children appear floppy, tire easily, or struggle with sitting upright. They may slouch at their desks, avoid physical activity, or find climbing, jumping, and balance unusually hard. These may all be signs of low muscle tone, which can affect posture, stamina, coordination, and confidence.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Developed for children aged 4–8 with mild muscle tone needs, the Level 1A programme the Level 1A programme uses eight progressive, play-based movement games such as; Rise and Shine, Push That Wall Down! and Olympic Skydivers, to gently improve posture, coordination, and physical control over 16 weeks.
