Level 1b – Ages 9–14 | Moderate Need – Coordination and Laterality Programme
Children aged 9–14 who find it difficult to coordinate movements, cross the body’s midline, or maintain balance may face challenges with handwriting, reading, sports, or following instructions in school. This 16 week programme offers structured, engaging games and exercises designed to develop coordination, laterality, and motor planning skills.

Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Building on foundational abilities, the programme helps improve left-right awareness, motor control, and body confidence, supporting learning, focus, and active participation in physical activities. The exercises are designed to fit seamlessly into busy family life, requiring less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week. Included are eight carefully crafted games such as; Rocking Eyes, Strange Body, The Slow Motion Escape, Magical Bubble, Silent Mirrors, Infinite Eights, The Body Goes Wrong Show, and Zombie Bodies. These games stimulate brain-body integration, postural control, and sensory processing, essential for success both in and out of the classroom and sports field.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
