It focuses on developing strength and control in the core, legs, and shoulders, essential foundations for stable, coordinated movement. Ideal for whole class PE, small SEN groups, or targeted skill support, each lesson follows a consistent three part structure — Activation, Exploration, and Integration — beginning with purposeful warm up games, followed by creative and visualisation strength building activities, and finishing with targeted exercises to reinforce strength and balance.

 

Each lesson is available in two flexible formats:
