In Circle of Trust, children develop trust, balance, and body awareness by taking turns falling backwards into the arms of their peers or partners. As they fall, they practice relaxation and core stability, knowing they will be safely caught. This activity encourages emotional resilience and strengthens social bonds as children build confidence in their peers' ability to support them. Over time, the children gradually increase the distance of the fall, improving their proprioception and coordination while deepening their trust in others.
