Level 3B – Ages 9–14 | High Need – Postural Reflexes Programme
Children with significantly retained postural reflexes may show slouched posture, restlessness, clumsy movement, or difficulty with coordination and balance. These challenges can affect focus, handwriting, learning, and confidence in physical and social settings.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Designed for children aged 9–14 with high-level postural reflex needs, the Level 3B programme includes eight progressive exercises including; Speedy Flips, Caterpillars, and The Lying Bicycle Ride to help integrate reflexes and strengthen postural control, coordination, and visual-motor connection. Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight specialised movement games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
