Level 2B – Ages 9–14 | Moderate Need – Postural Reflexes Programme
Children with retained postural reflexes may lean on desks, fidget constantly, tire quickly, or show signs of poor balance and coordination. These challenges can interfere with confidence, focus, and daily participation, especially during learning, movement, and social play.
This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s practical, affordable, and ready to make a real difference in everyday family life.
Created for children aged 9–14, the Level 2B Postural Reflexes Programme includes eight specially chosen exercises including; Elephants on the March, The Artistic Nose, and Olympic Skydivers, to help integrate reflexes and strengthen postural control, coordination, and visual-motor connection.
