Children with retained postural reflexes may fidget, slouch, trip often, or avoid tasks that require balance and coordination. These challenges can affect their confidence, focus, and ability to fully participate in everyday life, from learning to play.

 

This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.

 

Designed for children aged 4–8, the Level 2A Postural Reflexes programme includes eight games including; Caterpillars, Speedy Flips, and I’m Keeping an Eye on You!  All chosen to help integrate reflexes and strengthen the child’s sensory-motor foundation. The 16 week programme follows a clear structure with games sequenced to build on the one before.  With repetition and playful engagement, children often show noticeable improvements in physical confidence and classroom readiness.

 

Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
