Level 3A – Ages 4–8 | High Need – Visual Perception Programme
Children with visual perception difficulties may struggle to recognise shapes, letters, or numbers, even when they can see clearly. They might lose their place when reading, reverse letters, or find drawing, puzzles, or copying patterns frustrating. These challenges can make reading and writing slow or tiring and may affect concentration, confidence, and participation in early learning.
The Level 3A Visual Perception Programme is designed for children aged 4 to 8 who need greater support to strengthen how the brain processes and organises visual information. Through creative and visually engaging games, the programme helps develop eye tracking, focus, and spatial awareness, key skills for reading, writing, sports and learning. Each game provides clear guidance to help you create a positive shared experienced, and confidence to progress at their own pace.
If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable, and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
The programme features eight creative and sensory-based movement games including; Hungry Eagles, Rocking Eyes, I’m Keeping an Eye on You!, Connections, Dancing Eyes, Hypnotic Eyes, Blacker than Black, and What’s the Drawing? These specialised and playful games strengthen eye movement control, visual focus, and spatial understanding through calming, repeated practice.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
The programme includes:
- Eight targeted games
- A visual progress tracker
- Flexible pacing options
- Shared goal-setting activity
- Additional Day-to-day recommendations
- Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
