Level 3a – Ages 4 to 8 | Higher Need – Coordination and Laterality Programme
Children with more persistent coordination and laterality difficulties may struggle with handwriting, balance, following movement instructions or using both sides of the body independently. These challenges can affect confidence and participation at school and in everyday life. This 16 week movement programme is designed to provide structured support that fits easily into family life.

Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.
Created specifically for children aged 4 to 8 with higher needs in this area, the Level 3a Coordination and Laterality Programme offers playful, carefully sequenced movement games that target cross-lateral integration, spatial awareness and motor control. Sessions last less less than 10 minutes, ideally 5 times a week. The eight engaging games in this programme include; Rocking Eyes, Caterpillars, Twin Heads, Baby Rolls, Speedy Flips, Elephants on the March, Take the Tourists and Snow Angels.
Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.
