Level 2A – Ages 4–8 | Moderate Need – Vestibular Programme

Children with vestibular difficulties may appear constantly in motion, spin or rock repeatedly, or avoid activities that involve movement, climbing, or balance. They might lose confidence easily, feel dizzy or anxious when moving, or have trouble sitting still and concentrating. These challenges can affect attention, coordination, and self-regulation, making it harder to stay calm and focused during play and learning.

The Level 2A Vestibular Programme is designed for children aged 4 to 8 who need structured support to strengthen balance, movement control, and attention. The activities provide just the right level of movement and sensory input to help the brain and body work together more efficiently. Over time, children gain greater stability, focus, and body awareness, and begin to move with more confidence in play and everyday life.

This programme is designed to help. If you’ve just completed our free online assessment, this is the level recommended for your child. If not, the assessment is always available to help guide your choice. Whether there’s a diagnosis, a flagged need, or simply something you’ve noticed, this programme offers targeted support that’s flexible, affordable, and ready to make a difference in everyday family life.

The programme features eight playful and stimulating movement games including; Jack-in-the-Box, Flying Carpet, Speedy Flips, and I’m Keeping an Eye on You!. These fun, structured activities help balance the vestibular system by combining movement, rhythm, and focus. Over time, children develop better coordination, balance, and concentration through consistent, rhythmic practice.

Each session takes less than 10 minutes a day, ideally 5 times a week, and progresses through a 16 week plan.

The programme includes:

  • Eight targeted  games
  • A visual progress tracker
  • Flexible pacing options
  • Shared goal-setting activity
  • Additional Day-to-day recommendations
  • Tips and support to help you get the most from every session.
