177 games, all designed for maximum enjoyment, but with hidden structure to build the foundations of learning and skill. 

The games range from revamped versions of classic playground games and familiar exercises from PE & sports, through imaginative experiences that help children explore and integrate their different sensory systems, and cooperative ventures that build social skills, to techniques that alleviate stress and enhance mental and emotional wellbeing.

Choose from one of the 9 Areas: Coordination, Muscle tone, Sensory, Visual, Calm and Relaxation, Reflexes, Vestibular, Proprioception or Tactile, choose your age range, and your plan provides:

  • Information on how this area contributes to physical, social and learning skills, and how problems can manifest
  • A 16 week progressive Movement Programme of fun games & exercises
  • Deliverable in 10-15 minute sessions, 3 x a week
  • Day to day Supportive Tips for teachers and parents
  • Optional Assessment & Tracker to chart progress at any time
