Small Group Muscle Tone Programme – Ages 9–14
This 16 week small group programme supports pupils aged 9–14 with low muscle tone, poor posture, or reduced stamina. Designed for children who tire easily, slouch, struggle with motor tasks or lack physical confidence, it’s ideal for those with neurodevelopmental needs, sensory processing difficulties, or wider SEN profiles.
Using dynamic, targeted games included in this PDF download include; Flipping Limpets, Dead Legs, Push Warriors and The Great Escape, the programme strengthens the core, stabilises posture, and improves motor control and coordination. Each session helps pupils build stamina, boost body awareness, and move with greater strength and confidence, all while having fun.
This programme includes:
